The Frisky Felon Costume consists of a stylish looking dress with a keyhole cut neckline, The dress is in the classic black and white horizontal stripes that we associate with convicts or prisoners of one of the federal correctional facilities. The black and white stripes are actually old school convict gear. The more modern look seems to be a plain colored jumpsuit (even prisoners have to move with the times).
The dress has a high hemline skirt component that flares out. This makes it ideal to add a lace petticoat underneath (however the petticoat, as seen in the picture doesn’t come with the purchase).
The center of the dress is fitted with a buckle waist cincher that can be adjusted to fit your size and shape.
A couple of accessories are the black band choker that has a red heart locket or pendant in the middle. There is also a classic pill box style hat in the black and white stripe pattern.
Add a ball and chain (as featured in the picture) or even a pair a handcuff to spice up the fun and games at a party. We can only imagine what sort of fun you could have with a good pair of handcuffs. You could also get the boots featured here as they fit in with the buckle style in the midriff of the dress.

This looks like a fun costume. I could see it being a hit at the Halloween party. sure to get you plenty of attention from the other party guests. Would make a great couple costume with a male prison type costume.
